BERKLEE COLLEGE OF MUSIC
Though her first year was during the world-wide COVID outbreak, MACKENNA thrived through the years in the interactive environment of the Berklee community. She progressed through music theory, technology, direction, arranging, performance, and songwriting. She performed as a lead singer in various Sound Alike projects, was the Music Director and soloist in On The Vox A Cappella, and performed many backing vocals for various Berklee artists.

ARRANGING INTERNSHIP
MACKENNA worked remotely as an Arranging/Mixing intern at Dastardly Sounds located in Los Angeles, California, where she arranged songs and edited them for the purpose of syncing them to television and media.

A CAPPELLA & DIRECTING
MACKENNA has been participating in a cappella for about 8 years as of now. Her experience includes Redbird Singers middle school a cappella at Stone Bridge Middle School in Allentown, New Jersey, Half and Half high school a cappella at Allentown High School, All Shore Chorus auditioned chamber ensemble of New Jersey, All-State Chorus auditioned chamber ensemble of New Jersey, and is the former Co-Music Director of On The Vox a cappella at Berklee College of Music.

ROCKIT ACADEMY
MACKENNA joined the Rockit Academy in Red Bank, NJ, to gain stage experience in the Classic Rock genre. The five years she was a part of the program provided her with enhanced vocal skills, stage presence, and communication in a band setting.

IPOP WINNER
MACKENNA competed in the International Presentation of Performers in which she won 1st place for Teen Singing. She also placed 1st Runner-Up for International Teen Soap Opera Monologue.

THEATRE
MACKENNA has had plenty of theatrical experience throughout the years. Some noteable shows include The A-Train ("Vicki"), Into The Woods ("Jack's Mother"), The Wizard of Oz ("Aunt Em"), Mary Poppins ("Bird Woman"), and Beauty and the Beast ("soloist"). She finds joy and excitement in putting herself into the life of a character. What fun to live another's life for a moment!
After being the vocal coach and judge of the preliminary singing competition at SPiN (Society Performers in Nationals), MACKENNA is continuing her coaching journey by teaching private and group lessons online.
